Then sew to hat.
Did pikachu hat with no problems. However, on Minnie hat cannot figure out how to do that step 2 and end up with 18 stitches. If it’s in the round, it’s still only 7 or 8, if it’s turned over like when u do blankets, 7 or 8. Can anyone make step 2 more clear for a fairly novice crocheter?

ReplyDeleteThis runs EXTREMELY small. The adult size wouldn't fit an 8 year old. I had to give it to an 18 month old and even then it was kinda snug. I used the exact yarn and hook so I'm not sure how these sizes were decided.
ReplyDeleteIs row 5 supposed to be, 1 sc in next stitch and then 2 in the next all the way around? It is a bit confusing because it’s says 1 sc and then 2 sc in same.
ReplyDeleteHow in the heck do the ears work out? I have tried everything and the numbers don’t work out, can you explain it a bit better? You say work 2sc in the same stitch, as in the last stitch so some stitches end up with 4-6 stitches in them?
